- Create a committee (use the help of Campus Relations Officer for recruitment) and accomplish the following as a committee for their major/minor.
- If need be, co-committee chair(s) can be appointed to better manage the workshops.
Most importantly, the committee chair need to finalize the following:
- Number of workshops.
- Faculty/Alumnus/Technical recruiters responsible for each workshop.
- Content covered in each workshop - Take help from grad students/faculty as necessary.
- Document the exact materials to be covered in each workshop.
- Assist the faculty for the workshop preparation 1-2 Students who have sufficient interview experiences/internships/coops, to assist the faculty for teaching the interview content as well as to share their personal experience.
- Location of each workshop - delegate to Campus Relations.
- Adequate advertising for each workshop to attract members - delegate to Campus Relations.
